25.42 Content Cockpit visual update, points management & Android upgrade
This update introduces a major visual and functional refresh of the Content Cockpit, adds new tools for managing point validity directly within Member Detail, and delivers multiple quality-of-life and API improvements across TRIFFT’s platform, integrations, and mobile app touchpoint. Version released between 06.10. – 17.10.2025.
Platform & Admin Experience
Content Cockpit visual update
We’ve launched a cleaner, faster, and more intuitive administration experience with an updated layout, refined color palette, and improved navigation. The new menu structure organizes workspaces into clear sections – Home, Dashboards, Engagement, Content, Members, Analytics, and Settings – while refreshed list views improve usability and performance.
Key improvements include:
- Unified navigation and clearer grouping of related settings
- Reintroduced “Actions” column for quick right-click or open-in-new-tab operations
- Enhanced filtering options with numeric filters, full-text search by member ID or partial email, and a quick refresh button for live data reloads
Points management
We’ve extended visibility and control of member wallets inside Member Detail. Admins can now view all wallet movements for earn-and-burn programs and manage point validity directly through expiration-date adjustments within TRIFFT Administration.
Highlights:
- Added a new Wallets tab showing all member transactions in a datagrid view
- Introduced the ability to edit expiration dates for individual wallet movements directly from Administration
- Improved overall transparency of point balances and validity periods
Member Detail visual and functional update
The Member Detail screen has been redesigned to surface all key information in a single overview – including member attributes, wallets, coupons, loyalty cards, and recent activity. This new layout provides a clearer snapshot of each member’s status and faster access to the actions admins use most.
Integrations
Klaviyo
Improved efficiency and reliability when syncing member data between TRIFFT and Klaviyo. Only changed fields are now sent during profile updates, reducing API load and keeping profiles synchronized.
Shopify
Fixed a checkout-level issue where negative point balances could cause loyalty tiles to freeze during redemption.
Touchpoints
Touchpoint-based segmentation
Each touchpoint now automatically creates a dedicated segment when set up. This enables targeted delivery of coupons, news, and other content per channel – for example, Mobile App-specific campaigns.
Customer Portal (formerly Client Zone)
Expanded control over SMS login country selection – admins can now define default and visible countries or hide unsupported ones to align the Customer Portal experience with the Mobile App.
Public APIs & Developer Tools
PATCH Venue API
Partners can now update specific fields for locations using the new PATCH method.
This enables partial updates such as GPS coordinates or address corrections without re-sending full venue data.

Performance & Infrastructure
- Push notifications are now distributed gradually (up to 50,000 per minute) to smooth peak infrastructure load when large campaigns go out. This change prevents sudden traffic spikes when many users open the app simultaneously — improving backend responsiveness, and ensuring faster app performance.
- Upgraded Android React Native core to version 2.81, ensuring compliance with the latest Android requirements and performance standards.
- Excel export fix for Coupons Activated report. Resolved inconsistencies between Excel exports and Analytics results. The Coupons Activated report downloaded directly from TRIFFT Administration now matches the data shown in Analytics, ensuring accurate reporting when exporting results to Excel.
