Create a Booking

https://api.trifft.io/v1/booking

Create a pending venue booking. Requires the write_booking OAuth scope. Supply either user_id for a member booking or a non-empty guest_name. external_provider and external_id are optional but must be supplied together and uniquely identify a booking within the project.
