This campaign is triggered when the system detects a Tier update using the event Segment Set = Tier
.
Once the event occurs, the scenario checks the tier name and sends the appropriate email:
- If the new tier is Silver, the user receives the Silver Tier email.
- If not Silver, the system checks if the tier is Gold, and sends the Gold Tier email.
This ensures users receive relevant recognition as they progress through the loyalty ladder.
