What this integration enables

The TRIFFT × Gorgias integration gives your customer support team instant access to loyalty data and simple actions, directly inside Gorgias—no tab switching, no delays.

Use it to:

  • Identify VIPs or new members based on loyalty tier, points, and segments.
  • Quickly check coupon eligibility.
  • Award loyalty points in one click as a gesture or correction.
  • Navigate directly to the member’s full profile in TRIFFT Admin.

Use Cases

You’ll see the member's:

  • Name and Referral ID
  • Points and Tier
  • Segments (e.g. "Registered in last 7 days", "Without Transaction")
  • Available Coupons (with names and redeem values)

This makes it easy to:

  • Spot high-value or inactive customers
  • Answer loyalty-related questions without switching systems


Installation

To enable the TRIFFT × Gorgias integration, contact TRIFFT support. We will provision and configure the app for your account.

Basic Usage

Once installed, TRIFFT widget appears in the right-hand sidebar of every Ticket in Gorgias.

Currently, TRIFFT widget is not displayed in Customers section and actions like adding points need to be performed from Ticket section

When viewing a ticket:

  • Navigate to the TRIFFT widget alongside other integrations.
  • Use the accordion to expand or collapse loyalty profile details.
  • All data is fetched when the ticket is created, opened, or updated—not live-refreshed during the session.

What’s in the TRIFFT widget

  1. Loyalty Member Profile
    • Opens the full customer profile in TRIFFT Admin in a new browser tab
    • Requires valid platform access

  1. Add Loyalty Points

    • Click to open a modal.
    • Enter the amount of points (in TRIFFT points, not cents; e.g. 100 = 100 points).
    • Optionally add a note.
    • Click Execute to apply the points to the user’s account.


  1. Customer Info
  • View and copy fields such as:
  • Full name
  • TRIFFT support ID
  • Current point balance
  • Loyalty tier
  • Favorite location (if used)

  1. Segments
  • See which segments the user is part of (e.g. “VIP”, “Registered < 7 days”)

  1. Coupons
  • View all coupons currently assigned to the user, including its value

Data Sync Behavior

Note that loyalty data in the TRIFFT widget is not automatically updated live or by refreshing the browser window.

  • Data is fetched from TRIFFT when the ticket is created, or updated.
  • Changes made in TRIFFT while a ticket is open will not appear in Gorgias automatically.
  • The easiest way to pull the latest data from TRIFFT, is to add and remove a ticket tag
