Can the app be used offline?

Can the app be used offline? Will I still be able to access my card or coupons?

Yes, the app can be used offline, but it needs to be loaded while you still have an internet connection.

This means you need to open the app while connected to the internet and load everything you want to access offline (for example, open the page displaying your card, details of coupons, etc.). Once everything is loaded, you can disconnect from the internet.

Even if you close and reopen the app, all previously loaded data remains stored, so you should still be able to access your card or coupons.

However, you will see one of the following error messages:

• "There was a connection issue or your session is no longer valid." – Do not tap "Try Again" or "Log Out". Instead, simply close the error message using your device's system Back button.
• "Connection failed" – Simply dismiss this message by tapping OK.

After dismissing the error message, you can continue navigating through the app and accessing the previously loaded content offline.
