Tiers Other Functions

Update tier thresholds

• Go to Members > Tiers.
• Select the tier and edit the threshold value.
• Click the Save button in the top right corner.

Monitor tier migration

• Use the Reports > Tiers dashboard to visualize the percentage of users moving up versus dropping down.
• If migration rates are low, analyze whether you need to lower the threshold or increase point-earning opportunities.

Delete a tier

• Delete the tier within the Tiers settings if no longer needed.
