Prerequisites

  • Access: Ensure you have Admin or Owner privileges in the TRIFFT Cockpit to access Channel Settings.
  • Assets: Prepare your brand’s Hex colors, primary logo, and any custom web fonts required to match your main website.
  • Technical: If using a custom subdomain (e.g., loyalty.yourbrand.com), ensure you have access to your DNS provider to add the required CNAME records.
  • Tracking: Have your Google Tag Manager (GTM) container ID ready if you intend to track loyalty interactions on the portal.

Configuration checklist

  • Domain Verification: The custom subdomain resolves correctly and is secured with an SSL certificate.
  • Visual Consistency: The custom CSS correctly applies your brand’s fonts and spacing.
  • Auth Flow: A member can successfully log in, view their real-time point balance, and browse rewards.
  • Tracking Accuracy: Loyalty events are firing correctly within the GTM "Preview" mode.
  • Responsiveness: The portal dashboard is fully functional and readable on mobile device browsers.
