Leaflet FAQ

Q: What is the primary purpose of the Leaflet function?

A: Leaflets are designed to digitize your printed promotional brochures, weekly ads, or catalogs. This allows members to browse high-visual, multi-page marketing materials within the Mobile App or Web Portal, providing a familiar "flipbook" experience that bridges the gap between physical mailers and digital loyalty.

Q: How do I upload and configure a new Leaflet?

A: In the Cockpit, navigate to Content > Leaflets. You can upload your brochure as a PDF file or a series of high-quality images. Once uploaded, you must define a Display Title and select a Cover Image that will represent the leaflet in the member's feed or on the app dashboard.

Q: Can I schedule a Leaflet to appear and disappear automatically?

A: Yes. Every Leaflet uses Start Date and End Date fields. This allows you to prepare your "Weekly Specials" or "Seasonal Catalogs" in advance; the system will automatically publish the content at the designated time and archive it once the promotion ends, keeping the member feed relevant without manual intervention.

Q: Is it possible to target Leaflets to specific member segments?

A: Absolutely. By using the Visibility tab, you can restrict a Leaflet to specific Segments. This is particularly useful for regional brochures (targeting members near specific stores) or exclusive catalogs intended only for high-tier VIP members.

Q: How do I manage Leaflets for programs with multiple languages?

A: Within the Leaflet editor, use the Translations tab to provide localized titles and descriptions. Crucially, you can also upload different PDF files for each active language, ensuring that members in different regions see the brochure content in their preferred language.
