Q: Can a member drop down a tier immediately after a return?

A: You can configure a 'Return Grace Period' so status isn't removed instantly, but technically yes, if their lifetime spend falls below the threshold, they will downgrade.

Q: How do members see how far they are from the next tier?

A: TRIFFT displays a dynamic progress bar in the profile section of the app showing exactly how many points or dollars are needed for the next level.

Q: Can I have invite-only tiers?

A: Yes. Set the threshold to a value that is impossible to reach (e.g., 999,999) and then manually assign users to that tier in the Cockpit.

Q: Do points and tiers expire at the same time?

A: Not necessarily. Tiers are usually based on a rolling window of activity, while points can have their own separate expiration clock.
