Dynamic Links

Dynamic Links allow you to create reusable URLs that direct members to specific content in the TRIFFT Mobile App or Client Zone.

A Dynamic Link can point to a survey, coupon, another supported app destination, an external website, or a technical action. The generated link can then be distributed through QR codes, email, printed materials, campaigns, or other channels.

Common use cases

• Open a specific coupon directly from a QR code or campaign.
• Direct members to a survey, reward, or another supported destination.
• Use one permanent QR code while changing its destination later.
• Preserve the intended destination while a member completes login or registration.
• Create venue-specific survey links with answers pre-filled through ACTION_CONFIG.
• Open content directly in the Mobile App, with the Client Zone used as a web fallback.
