Q: How can I control which news articles appear at the top of the member feed?

A: To highlight priority content, you can use the Pinned toggle within the article settings. Pinned articles are automatically moved to the top of the feed, regardless of their original publication date. It is best practice to keep only 1–2 high-priority items pinned at a time to avoid cluttering the user experience.

Q: How can I arrange the order of News articles?

A: The order of News articles in the app is determined by the "Display From" date. Articles with "Display From" set to N/A appear at the bottom, below all articles with a configured display date.

Q: Can I target news articles to specific groups of members?

A: Yes. Within the Visibility tab of any news article, you can select specific Segments. This ensures that only members who meet the defined criteria—such as "VIP Tier" or "Customers with > 500 Points"—will see the article in their Mobile App or Web Portal.

Q: How do I link a news article directly to a specific deal or reward?

A: You can use Deep Links within the article body or as a call-to-action button. By selecting the target Deal or Reward, the system creates a shortcut that takes the member directly to the redemption page when they click the link, significantly increasing engagement.

Q: Can I automate the publication and removal of news articles?

A: Absolutely. By using the Scheduling fields, you can set a Start Date and End Date. The article will remain in "Draft" or "Scheduled" status until the start date and will be automatically unpublished or archived once the end date passes, ensuring your feed always remains current.
