Store Listings

Please make sure to use iPhone mock-ups for Apple Appstore screenshots and Android phone mock-ups for Google Play store screenshots. Failure to do so can often result in rejected submission by Apple / Google.

Store Listing Requirements: Google Play

  • App name: up to 30 characters
  • Short description (A short description for your app. Users can expand to view your full description): up to 80
    characters
  • Full description: up to 4,000 characters
  • Store listing contact details:
    • Email address, phone number, website
  • Graphics:
    • App icons:
      • Icon visible on the Google Play store: PNG or JPEG, up to 1MB, 512 by 512 px
      • Icon of the app on your phone: SVG format
    • Feature graphic: Your feature graphic must be a PNG or JPEG, up to 15 MB, and 1024 by 500 px
    • Video (not required but may be added): Add a video by entering a YouTube URL. This video must be public or unlisted, ads must be turned off, it must not be age restricted, and it should be landscape
    • Phone screenshots: 2-8 phone screenshots. Screenshots must be PNG or JPEG, up to 8 MB each, 16:9 or 9:16 aspect ratio, with each side between 320 and 3840 px (we typically use 1242 x 2208 px)

Store Listing Requirements: App Store

  • App name: up to 30 characters
  • App description: up to 4,000 characters
  • Keywords: required
  • Privacy Policy URL: required
  • App Privacy Details: Required
    • Information in App Store describing what user data the app collects, whether the data is linked to the user, how it is used, whether it is used for tracking, and whether any third-party SDKs collect data.
  • Store listing contact details:
    • Email address, phone number, website
    • Support URL (a URL with support information for your app. This URL will be visible on the App Store)
    • Marketing URL (a URL with marketing information about your app. This URL will be visible on the App Store)
  • Graphics:
    • App icons:
      • Icon visible on the Appstore: PNG or JPEG, up to 1MB, 512 by 512 px
      • Icon of the app on your phone: SVG format
    • Phone screenshots: 3-10 phone screenshots. At least 2 sets of images are required:
      • 5.5 in (1242 x 2208 px)
      • 6.5 in (1242 x 2688 px)
