Prerequisites
- Access: Ensure you have Owner or Admin privileges in the TRIFFT Cockpit to access Channel Settings.
- Assets: Prepare your brand's Hex color codes, logo (SVG/PNG), and splash screen images for both iOS and Android aspect ratios.
- Technical IDs: Have your Apple Bundle ID, Android Package Name, and Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) server keys ready.
- Integrations: Confirm that your Google Tag Manager (GTM) or GA4 measurement IDs are available for event tracking.
Configuration checklist
- Branding Consistency: Hex codes match the brand guidelines and provide sufficient contrast for accessibility.
- Widget Logic: The homepage displays the Member QR code prominently to facilitate in-store scanning.
- Deep Link Mapping: All buttons and banners are correctly mapped to their corresponding News, Deals, or Pages.
- Certificate Validity: Push notification certificates are uploaded and have not expired.
- Legal Links: The "Terms & Conditions" and "Privacy Policy" links point to the correct Pages within the app.
- Tracking Verification: Test events (e.g., app_open, login) are appearing in the GA4/GTM debug view.
