Setting Up Tiers (VIP Levels)

TRIFFT lets you create a flexible tier structure to reward your most loyal users.

You configure tiers in three key places:

1. General Tier Settings
2. Creating and Managing Individual Tiers
3. Wallet Settings – Points Configuration

1. General Tier Settings

Tip: You must enable tiers globally before they work in campaigns.

You can configure:

• Enable Tiers: Toggle ON/OFF
• Progression Type:
  • No Progression
  • Accumulated Points
  • Total Purchase Value

Progression Type determines how users move between tiers — either by collecting points or spending money.

📍 Location: Settings > General Settings > Tier

2. Creating and Managing Individual Tiers

Each tier can have:

• Progression Threshold: required points or spend
• Multiplier: boost points for this tier (e.g., 1.5)
• Tier visuals: color, square image, and card image

📍 Location: CRM > Tiers

3. Wallet Settings – Points Configuration

This controls how users earn points:

• Currency-to-Points Exchange Rate: e.g., 1 EUR = 0.1 points
• Credit Delay: Delay points (e.g., 30 days)
• Rounding: Choose rounding behavior (e.g., round down)
