Q: Can a customer use a coupon multiple times?
A: By default, no. However, in the Coupon Pool settings, you can toggle 'Reusable' to 'Yes' if the offer is intended for multiple redemptions.
Q: Is there a point cost for coupons?
A: This is optional. You can set 'Points Required' to 0 for a free gift, or 500 points to make the user 'buy' the discount.
Q: I created the coupon but I can't see it in the list of all coupons. What can be an issue?
A: There are several possible reasons, for example:
- Your project's General Settings require all coupons to use coupon codes, but this coupon has no coupon codes assigned.
- The coupon requires a specific consent, but the Member has not provided that consent.
- The coupon's Display From date is set in the future.
- The Member does not belong to the segment assigned to the coupon.
- The Active option is not enabled in the coupon settings.
