Prerequisites
- Access: Ensure you have Admin or Owner privileges in the TRIFFT Cockpit to access Channel Settings.
- Assets: Prepare your brand’s Hex colors, primary logo, and any custom web fonts required to match your main website.
- Technical: If using a custom subdomain (e.g.,
loyalty.yourbrand.com), ensure you have access to your DNS provider to add the required CNAME records. - Tracking: Have your Google Tag Manager (GTM) container ID ready if you intend to track loyalty interactions on the portal.

- Domain Verification: The custom subdomain resolves correctly and is secured with an SSL certificate.
