Q: Can points be refunded if a member changes their mind?
A: Yes. An admin can find the redemption in the member's profile and click 'Refund Points.' This will cancel the reward code and restore the points.
Q: Can I limit rewards to specific locations?
A: Yes. In the Reward settings, use the 'Location Filter' to ensure a 'Free Burger' reward can only be claimed at participating restaurant sites.
Q: How do customers know their points were spent?
A: TRIFFT sends an automated Push/Email notification immediately after redemption, and the points are deducted from their 'Wallet' in real-time.
Q: What is 'Burn Rate' and why is it high?
A: A high burn rate is usually good—it means customers find your rewards valuable. If it is too high too fast, you may need to increase the point cost to protect your margins.
