Q: How many locations can I add to my TRIFFT account?

A: There is no hard limit on the number of locations. You can manage a single boutique or thousands of international retail sites from one Cockpit.

Q: Does the 'Store Finder' update in real-time?

A: Yes. Any changes made to addresses or operating hours in the Cockpit are reflected in the mobile app immediately after clicking 'Save'.

Q: Can I set different point-earning rules for different cities?

A: Yes, you can override global wallet rules at the location level to run city-specific promotions.

Q: What happens if a customer scans at a location not in the system?

A: The transaction will be flagged as an 'Unknown Location' error and will require manual reconciliation.
