Q: What happens if a purchase is returned?

A: If your integration (e.g., Shopify) syncs refund events, TRIFFT automatically deducts the earned points from the member's balance.

Q: Can points be gifted between members?

A: Points are non-transferable to prevent fraud.

Q: Can I have multiple earning rules running at once?

A: Yes. TRIFFT will stack rules unless they are specifically excluded. For example, a member could earn 10 points for a purchase and an additional 50 points if that purchase happens on their birthday.
