Here are the frequently asked questions regarding the Deals function within the TRIFFT Cockpit:
Q: Can I schedule a deal to start and end automatically?
A: Yes. Every deal has Start Date and End Date fields. You can set up your entire monthly promotional calendar in advance; the deals will automatically appear in the member’s feed at the start time and vanish once the expiration date is reached.
Q: What happens if I need to update the images or text of a live deal?
You can edit a live deal at any time. Simply save your changes in the Cockpit, and the updates will sync to the Mobile App and Web Portal in real-time. If your program is multi-lingual, remember to update the localized text in the Translations tab so the changes are reflected for all users.
