Pages Overview
TRIFFT Pages are static content modules used to host permanent information, program guides, and legal documentation within the mobile app or web portal. This function sits at the Onboard, Convert, and Retain stages of the customer lifecycle, acting as the "knowledge base" that ensures customers understand how to earn value and remain compliant with program rules.
Why it matters
| Impact Area | Business Value |
|---|---|
| Revenue | Reduces friction in the conversion funnel by clearly explaining the "value exchange" and how to unlock rewards. |
| Efficiency | Decreases customer support overhead by providing a self-service FAQ and automated access to program rules. |
| Customer Experience | Builds brand trust through transparency regarding data usage, privacy, and clear "how-to" instructions. |
Risk if ignored — Without clear Pages, customers may feel "loyalty fatigue" or confusion regarding point expiration and reward redemption, leading to higher churn and increased support tickets.
Example use cases
- "How It Works" Guide – Create a visual step-by-step page for new members to explain earning ratios and redemption processes.
- Dynamic FAQ Section – Host a searchable list of frequently asked questions that can be updated in real-time from the Cockpit.
- Terms and Conditions – Maintain a centralized, version-controlled document for program legalities and privacy policies.
- Brand Story & Mission – Use a dedicated page to communicate brand values, such as sustainability initiatives or community involvement, to drive emotional loyalty.
Page Types: Tabs and HTML
In the Pages section, you can create two types of pages: Tabs and HTML. Each type is designed for a different level of content complexity.
TABS
Tabs are used for creating simple content pages with a standard text editor.
This page type is suitable for straightforward articles where the content mainly consists of text, basic formatting, and images. Content can be organised into multiple tabs, making it easy to separate related information into smaller sections.
Use Tabs when you need to create a simple, structured article without advanced layout or design requirements.
Typical use cases
| Use case | Description |
|---|---|
| Simple articles | Text-based content with basic formatting |
| Category pages | Content divided into multiple tabs or sections |
| Informational pages | Basic explanations, product categories, instructions, or static content |
| Image-supported content | Articles that include images together with regular text |
HTML
HTML pages are used for creating more advanced and visually complex content.
This page type provides a more robust builder with support for HTML-based layouts and components. It allows greater flexibility when designing the page structure, styling, sections, banners, dynamic content blocks, and more advanced visual layouts.
Use HTML when you need more control over the page design or when the content requires a richer, more customised layout than a standard text editor can provide.
Typical use cases
| Use case | Description |
|---|---|
| Advanced articles | Pages with custom structure, layout, and styling |
| Campaign pages | Promotional or seasonal content with stronger visual design |
| Benefit pages | Rich pages displaying personalised or dynamic member information |
| Custom layouts | Pages requiring banners, columns, buttons, dividers, or HTML components |
| Branded content | Pages that need to closely follow a specific brand design |
Summary
| Page type | Best for | Editor type |
|---|---|---|
| Tabs | Simple articles and structured text content | Standard text editor |
| HTML | Advanced, branded, or visually complex pages | HTML editor / robust builder |
How to measure success
Key Performance Indicators
- Primary KPI: Page Views and Session Depth (how many static pages a user visits).
- Secondary KPIs: Support Ticket Volume (specifically regarding "how-to" questions) and scroll depth on legal pages.
Governance & Operations
- Guardrails: Monitor for high drop-off rates on the "How It Works" page, which may indicate overly complex program rules.
- Suggested review cadence: Quarterly to ensure all static info (like store lists or T&Cs) remains accurate.
