  • Access: Ensure you have the Admin or Editor role in the TRIFFT Cockpit to access Channel Settings.
  • Integration: Your brand's domain must be whitelisted within the Project Settings to allow the widget to render.
  • Assets: Prepare a high-quality headline image and clear "Call to Action" (CTA) text for the pop-up.
  • Deployment Access: Ensure you have access to your site's Google Tag Manager (GTM) or the site’s header code to paste the script.

Configuration checklist

  • Domain Whitelist: The site domain matches the project configuration settings.
  • Trigger Validation: The pop-up appears correctly based on the set timing or exit-intent logic.
  • Targeting Accuracy: Logged-in members do not see "Sign Up" pop-ups meant for new leads.
  • Mobile Responsiveness: The pop-up is centered and dismissible on mobile browsers without blocking critical navigation.
  • Tracking: Verify that widget impressions and clicks are registering in the Analytics/GA4 dashboard.
  • CTA Linkage: The button correctly redirects the user to the registration page or applies a specific Deal.
