This guide covers the integration between WooCommerce and the TRIFFT loyalty engine, enabling real-time synchronization of customers, orders, and rewards.
Overview
The WooCommerce integration allows brands to turn their WordPress-based store into a powerful loyalty hub. By connecting the two platforms, TRIFFT can track member activity, calculate point earnings based on e-commerce transactions, and facilitate the use of discount codes at checkout.

Installation
- Log in to your WordPress admin panel (
wp-admin). - Navigate to Plugins > Add New.
- Search for TRIFFT Loyalty for WooCommerce.
- Click Install Now, then Activate the plugin.
- Once activated, go to WooCommerce > Settings > TRIFFT Loyalty to configure the integration.
Configuration
After installation, you need to configure the plugin to match your loyalty program settings.
Earn and Burn Settings
- Enabled: Toggle to enable or disable the integration.
- Exchange Rate: Determines how many points are earned per unit of currency spent.
- Steps: Defines the granularity of points allocation.
- Maximum Fixed Discount: Sets the upper limit on fixed amount discounts.
- Maximum Percentage Discount: Limits the highest percentage discount a customer can redeem with points.
General Settings
- Store Domain: Your WooCommerce store's domain.
- Consumer Key: API key for authenticating requests.
- Consumer Secret: Secure API key for authorization.
Usage
Once configured, the integration will automatically:
- Sync customer purchase data with TRIFFT Loyalty Cloud.
- Allocate points based on configured rules.
- Enable customers to redeem points for discounts at checkout.
- Track customer loyalty activities.
Troubleshooting
If you experience issues:
- Ensure that the API keys are correctly configured.
- Verify that WooCommerce REST API is enabled.
- Check that the TRIFFT plugin is updated to the latest version.
